Bed Bug Services
Bedbug treatments are divided into an inspection and 2+ services. (Depending on severity) Treatments must be administered 14 days apart for maximum effectiveness.
1st Visit: Inspection/ Consultation $75 ($25 credit applied to 2nd service upon completion)
At This visit your technician will - Establish presence of bedbugs, - Discuss treatment plan and cost - Provide an Estimate with a cost range for your treatment - Provide checklist and guidance for *PRE-service preparation. (Prep work is designed to keep your family, pets and belongings safe during and after treatment.) - Provide a copy of a Bed Bug Treatment Contract to be signed and returned prior to the beginning of treatment.
2nd Visit: 1st Treatment (First Treatment) 1 Technician: $2.90/minute ($174 minimum)
2 Technicians:$5.80/minute ($348 minimum)
3rd Visit: 2nd Treatment (Second Treatment)

Flea treatments are divided into two parts, one inspection and one service.

(Prep work is designed .. to keep your family, pets and belongings as well as our technicians safe during and - after treatment.) - Provide a copy of a Flea Treatment Contract to be signed and returned prior to the beginning of treatment.
2nd Visit: Treatment

Cockroaches
Treatment of cockroaches is often more intense, and costly as there are many factors that can contribute to ongoing treatment including cleanliness, unmovable or unmoved items, damage to structure, water damage, and consistent monthly availability. You can expect service to last around 6 months or more.
